Abstract
This article looks forto get the attention about the necessity of meditating
especially on the paper that plays the different rel~gions, .the Islam, when
surnming up the setting in execution of the human nghts without damage of
the dignity of all the participants of a cornmunity. It cannot s~r:e as excuse to
maintain the dogmas of a religious belief above the recogrution values and
equality exposed by the Declaration ofthe man's rights.
